Swiss Government Excellence Offers (Fully Funded) scholarships 2023-2024 for International Students and Artists

 

Introduction:

The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships offers International young Researchers who have accomplished a Master's Degree or a Ph.D. and also offers International Artists having a bachelor's Degree.

The Swiss Government Excellence offers Scholarships for International Students of two categories.

Research Scholarships are available for post-graduate Researchers in any discipline, who have M.Sc. Degree as a minimum.

Art Scholarships are available for Arts students for Master's Degree. Art Scholarships are open to any Swiss University or conservatory of the Arts, but this scholarship program is available only from a limited number of states.

Eligibility Criteria

This Scholarship program aims to give chance to young International Scholars who have accomplished a Master's Degree or Ph.D. and foreign artists with a Bachelor's Degree.

To qualify for a place in the Swiss Government Scholarships Program, you must meet the requirements written below.

The applicant must have citizenship of the country with which Switzerland sustains diplomatic ties.

A Masters Degree must be equivalent to a Swiss Masters Degree which is required for Ph.D.

A candidate who has spent more than a year in Switzerland in the past will not be qualified to apply.

Arts Scholarship Program:

Scholarships for Arts are offered for Scholars practicing a Master's Degree in the Art field. Although this group is limited to a small number of countries. Students who get the grant can attend and Swiss Conservatory or University of Arts.

There are two types of scholarship programs offered by the Swiss Government for international students to Study in Switzerland.

Research scholarship program:

Under this program, applicants can apply in any field of study, and research scholars can study at any Swiss cantonal university, university of applied sciences, two federal institutes of technology, and four research institutes.

Expenses Covers By Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships program:

There is no accusation fee for the submission procedure.

For applicants who get the grant, a special housing allowance of 300 CHF will be made available at the start of the Scholarship.

Students of Ph.D. Masters and Post-doctoral will obtain a monthly stipend.

Half-priced will be offered for public transportation for students who received scholarships.
